Guidelines
NSPers are required to attend our Employee Orientations, during which you will be given an overview of our general expectations and your overall responsibilities. Information regarding Orienations will be sent by Monica Luna, Associate Director for NSP.
Timesheets
Virtual Time Sheets should be submitted weekly by utilizing the link provided by our staff. Once in-person programming resumes, Timesheets must be turned in to the NSP Office or via email to nspers@gmail.com before the end of each Pay Period.

Learning Workshops
Student employees and volunteers must attend at least one Learning Workshop per quarter (and are welcome to attend more than one!).
Mid & End of Year Reports
NSP student employees and volunteers are required to turn in two reports each school year. These reports provide an opportunity for students to share compliments, complaints, or suggestions, and for site supervisors to give feedback. These reports help us to further refine our program and lend specific support when needed.
Transportation
NSP provides transportation to many of our partner sites to help students travel safely and conveniently to and from their placements. Our fleet of University-branded vans operates Monday–Friday, with transportation available between 7:40 AM and 6:00 PM.
NSP transportation is available exclusively to current NSP student employees. For questions about transportation, van schedules, or service to your assigned site, please contact our NSP Transportation Team for scheduling and more information.
